I called for the address to the parking lot and they gave it to me but not the address of the entrance. That wasted my time. The parking lot keeps the door shut and cones in front of the driveway like it's closed. The Parking was not close. The fact that they do not service the rooms on a daily basis is disgusting. How long are we going to use Covid as an excuse for everything? It's no worse than trash overflowing from a miniature trash can and days worth of dirty towels piled up. What happened to the restaurant?

Horrible room service, I had to check out the. Ext day of my arrival because they were not able to accommodate us as it was requested in the reservation, 1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed, they said we only have single sofa bed, my family and I were not able to sleep like that and they told us there was nothing they could do to facilitate our saying! We left and they told us you have to leave before 5:00 pm I order for them not to charge us the night! In 30 minute my family and I had to find a hotel in NYC! I would never ever go bad to that hotel and I would recommend you never stay there

Mostly very comfortable
The staff at Club Quarters were easy to find and so helpful. The lobby coffee was actually really good, which isn't always the case. And I really appreciate the bottle filling stations on each floor. The room (hah) for improvement: my bed was a murphy bed and I could clearly feel the support beam that ran down the middle. It wasn't painful, but it made an otherwise very comfortable mattress awkward. And the wifi in my room was quite weak so when I was trying to watch streaming content in the evening after work, the chromecast kept quitting and my devices kept buffering. Just needs an additional wifi extender!
