Staff at check in were wonderful. Both gentlemen were very friendly and made check in a breeze. Were very accommodating when asked about items within the hotel as well. Nice lounge area with coffee, tea and water provided. We were able to order food and bring back to lounge and eat together. Rooms were a little tight but very clean and didn’t spend much time in them as they was too much to do and see. Would highly recommend Club Quarters in Manhattan. Location is WONDERFUL and within walking distance to several attractions….

Great location and staff members!!!
The location was perfect! We used to get out early from hotel to the different sites that we wanted to meet, and at midday we stopped by at the hotel to have lunch in their comfortable area setup for this. We heard people complain about trying to find a place where they could stay for a while since it was freezing. We didn’t have that problem. The hotel was well located near to the subway. My only complaint is that our television didn’t work well. We were at the hotel not later than eight o’clock without television which disappointed us a little. I’m glad that they could fix it a little but we continued with interruptions.
