From the time you walk into the room you instantly get a homey feeling ! The controlled elevator instantly gave a feeling of increased safety. The staff members were very knowledgeable and were very quick to show confidence in the level of safety they provide to their guests. The staff didnt give the welcome home feeling. They didn't scream come chat with me but they didnt scare you off either. They were very responsive. The rooms are seemingly close to each so you will hear people outside your door. There is no onsite parking and street parking is tough. The hotel is positioned literally across from mountains of salt used by the sanitation department which is down the block. There are garbage trucks everywhere which does nothing for the view.

Do not book!!
Worst experience ever! The electric lock broke and locked us out of the room at 10pm. Hotel staff was extremely rude and abused me when I insisted on opening my room immediately. I had an early morning flight at 8am and the hotel service was not able to open the room until 1am in the morning. Terrible experience. Hotel Location is also not safe. There is no parking you will have to park on the road. Lot of homeless people near the hotel and whole area stinks like sewage water.

I suggest that for breakfast scheduled should be 6:30 to 10:00. As for the area the only downfall is there are two much trucks and it’s located new to the road salt company: not great of a view. Everything else is good.

Room assigned had dirty carpeting, wallpaper was peeling off walls. Hallway felt dirty as well. Bathroom floor was not clean. Room was next to elevator shaft . Was very noisy along with loud outside noise .
