We arrived at the hotel early , we understand the early check in is not guaranteed, we stored bags , there , the staff at front desk very rude , unattractive, we checked again for room Status , the lady. Room wasn’t ready by 3 PM. Over all room were great , housekeeping I did amazingly job , only the front desk team need improvement.

The room I was in was clean and cute. I loved the area the hotel was located. A lot to do and see as well as a lot of food options nearby. Everything you could want was in walking distance. The staff was also very nice. The only downside for me was the parking was $50 a night. Other than that, I loved this hotel. I was really skeptical because of the ratings this hotel has so far, but I'm glad I took that chance and booked. Will definitely be returning again soon.

Overall it wasn't bad. The staff was very friendly. And it was clean. But everyday I asked for a bath mat because I need one. They said they do offer them so I asked for one because I didn't want to fall in the shower and they wouldn't give me one they said they would put it in the room will every day I asked but never got one. Then the 2nd to last day they only gave us 3 towels for 2 people for 2 more days. I asked one an additional one but never got it. Very disappointing. And I did pay extra for the water view but don't waste your money for the little tiny piece of the river you can see is definitely not worth the price increase. If I go back to new York I won't stay here again. And when I go out I'll definitely look for something that doesn't have the Marriott name on it.
