It was conveniently located and walking distance to Times Square, pharmacy, dining/eating, food trucks, shopping areas, etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Greeted warmly every day when leaving and coming back from a long day there was a pleasant surprise of cool, refreshing lemonade waiting for you, cookies and the popcorn at night, very nice touch!

Stayed for the weekend and overall enjoyed our stay. Clean property, comfortable beds and pillows. Room is small but to be expected in NYC. Bathroom doors don’t have a lock and the shower/tub combo only has a half glass stationary partition (no shower curtain or sliding glass door) so the floor gets wet. Breakfast options were limited but good, reasonably priced and available until noon. Parking is a couple blocks away but you can park in front of hotel to check in and drop your bags off.

Our stay was good. Front desk was very helpful, they accomodated our requests. We had 2 rooms and our rooms were next to each other. One thing I noticed was there was always a long line for the elevators.

Everyone there was super nice! The rooms were very clean and it’s close to everything! Would recommend staying here if you don’t wanna drive in time square with all the traffic. Walking distance to all attractions
