I booked a room, paid, and they took my money and left my family stranded. They pretended to have no rooms after me booked in advance and paid. And as we set stranded in the lobby we saw people come in and get rooms. And we could hear them. I feel they got more money from them because they were coming from the clubs in the hotel so they could get more money.

The mattress and pillows were terrible. The mattress was so soft and squishy, we could not get comfortable. The 2nd night my husband slept on the couch in the room so he could get some sleep. The staff were very nice and accommodating.

lobby is beautiful and location was convenient. Room was small , dark, fridge was not working and they didn’t provide enough towels . I let the front desk know and they told me they would take care of it and never did .

We love this property and have stayed many times. Perfect location, quiet, clean and SPACIOUS rooms! Great if you’re traveling with kids - there’s a park next door. If you book a suite, there are pocket doors which separate the bedroom and living room. This is key if traveling with young babies. We put the crib in the bed room and can continue our night in the living room area.

The location was very convenient to my office and the meatpacking district and is across the street from Chelsea Market. It was a quick walk to the charming streets of the village. The rooms are not warm or comfortable. The lighting system is challenging to use, and the panel is very bright and right next to the bed. The bed and pillows were not comfortable.
