Room was ok. Bathroom was hotel-made part of the toom without proper door like in most nyc hotels. Breakfast was terrible. We paid for it and never used it. There was one server who told us we need to wait 20 min to order. She was the only server and rude. I asked manager to write me a support letter that we didn't have breakfast and he never did it. I do not recommend this hotel. Overpriced too

Clean, well run hotel in a good location. Good staff. Lounge was nice. I did not get to use the gym, but it looked nice too. Room was a bit small, but it was clean. I would stay here again.

Hotel is in great area. So many attractions are in max 10 minutes. Only what is not good is breakfast, but there are great places close to the hotel with really good offer
