I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff. Kamala and the kitchen cooks were outstanding. I didn't like how we were only given 1 wash cloth after room was cleaned. However, our room was very cleaned.

The hotel in general is good. The only thing i am skeptical about is the price range for this kind 4 or 5 star accommodation. Compared to other big cities around the world like Tokyo, Shanghai, London, Paris and so on, this was by far the most expensive experience i had. Nothing to do about that, it is just the overrated newyork.

Loved the location! Away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to the main sightseeing in NYC. The hotel is clean and the rooms are modern and comfortable!! Would definitely stay her again!
