Staff were not welcoming and everyone hing seemed too much trouble. Breakfast took 40-50 mins a day arrive, very limited space to sit, disorganised. My case and ruck-sag were openee whilst left with the hotel on check out day. I reported to the manager who apologised.

Super close to Grand Central station! The location was very convenient. I also did not hear any noise during the night so my sleep was good. I would rate the cleanliness as average. There were some odd stains in the room and the floors could have been cleaner upon check in. I also am uncertain why I had to pay a $25 amenity fee upon check in?

I would stay here again!
Lovely hotel with very pleasant staff. Room was clean and comfortable and as a light sleeper, I was pleased at how quiet it was. Good location and easy parking right next door.

I had a fantastic experience at EVEN hotel in Midtown. The check-in was quick, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. Highly recommend for a pleasant getaway!

Room was like a cage. Too small with many unnecessary gym staff in it! no view and a very bothering sound from toilet killed us

Loved the access to Grand Central Station. Staff were terrific. I wish my room or the main lobby had an option for recycling . Ice machines on floors 5 and 10 only seemed to pour water.
