Accommodation was ok, room quite small but comfy. It was a good thing having breakfast included but restaurant options are too expensive. Drinks are way to overpriced, even for NY. Counter staff members are not too friendly, they don't even look at your face when talking to them. Room service was not that good either, we had to ask for toilet paper twice, and floors were not too clean. It has an excellent location though, close to Bryan Park and Time Square. We had a good time but they have opportunities for improvement.

The staff at the hotel were all very courteous starting at the front desk to housekeeping to the dining staff. The location was central to all the places I wanted to visit and could do most of it by foot or subway. Room was on the 35th floor and was very quiet and while small in size met my needs for the duration of the trip.

Some of thevreviews on Google were not very flattering. I was actually surprised in a good way. The room was nice and comfortable. I didn't have any issues with my room or the hotel overall. It was close to shops and my view of the Empire State Building was gorgeous!

Didn't like multiple sirens throughout the night, but not the fault of hotel. Made it hard to sleep. But room was nice and clean and always like that breakfast is included at Embassy Suites. Bonus was a $30 credit the evening of my stay to use at the bar/restaurant.

Staying at Embassy Suites was good. The room was ok size wish it was bigger, but the layout, where the backing of the sofa serves as a divider in the room is what makes this room great! If you are traveling with others who have a different sleep schedule, the divider which provides some privacy between the bed area and tv area,.. is a blessing. The view of the Empire State Building was so beautiful in the day and night. I am glad we opted for the better view, it was worth it. The location was walking distance to Times Square. We would stay again.

The location was great. I myself didn't go to the breakfast area but my wife did and said it was busy, especially the elevator situation. The room was small but functional and had a great view of the Empire State Building and Macy's. The area is busy but has a lot to offer. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Mauricio (food and beverage), Kadijah (front desk staff) and Vanessa (bartender) were amazing. Extremely friendly and welcoming. They treated us like family. We will definitely return.

I enjoyed the evening reception and breakfast are always a plus when staying at Embassy Suites. However, I think the evening reception food options could be better. Room accommodations were fine but better attention to detail as it relates to cleanliness would be appreciated. There was hair on the shower floor and on the ceiling in the bathroom (and not in the shower area).
