Great location, close to everything. Walking distance to Times Square, Empire State Building and subway stations. The rooms were ready before check in times and the front desk sent us text message informing about our rooms being ready which was really helpful. All the staff members were very courteous and helpful.

The hotel has caring staff. We only encountered one issue on our first night but the next morning they resolved it by getting us a new room. The breakfast is not to the standard I am used to with most Embassy Suites but is was okay. The staff did try to answer all your questions and help wherever they could. A big thanks to Adam who always greeted you with a smile and tried to help whenever he could.

This is a wonderful hotel in the very best location to Times Square and great restaurants and sightseeing. Complimentary breakfast is delicious. Stage could not be nicer or more helpful. We had a room on the 29th floor with an amazing view of the Empire State Building. Traveled with my daughter who enjoyed having her own personal space in our suite. Highly recommend Embassy Suites Times Square!

The staff here was AMAZING!!! From chk in to chk out. Mercedes with the dining staff made my friend's 50th bday so special. The bartenders were great. The location was a quick walk to Times Square and to Rockefeller Plaza. The Happy Hour and breakfast buffet was good. We enjoyed our stay so much and just talked about coming back soon. Remember it is NY so the rooms are smaller than standard Embassy Suites but it was enough for us.

Rooms are small and arranged in a peculiar way. I felt like I was in a dorm room and could not get organized with the flow of the room. Nowhere to put things. Bed felt closed in next to window and raised partition/headboard to sofa bed. Very tight squeeze to walk around the bed. You hit your knee every time. Sink in bathroom did not have a vanity to put things in.
