I liked the doormen. They told me upfront that I could not park or valet my pickup truck because it was too big. They should have told us this on the website so customers know in advance. So I had to drive 3 blocks away and park the vehicle. A female driving alone may not be comfortable walking done dark streets and parking garage late at night to get back to the hotel There is also no food available at the hotel, again, they should tell customers this on the website.

The rooms are in terrible condition and should be upgraded immediately. They’re pretty gross. Several things in the room were broken. I feel bad for the staff at reception listening to people complain all day about the poor condition of the rooms when there is nothing they can do about it. I wouldn’t stay at this property again.

This hotel and my room looks like it needs lots of updating. I had chipped paint on the bathroom doors. I had to move to another room because the first one had an unpleasant odor, no hot water in shower, and furniture looked very worn.

The Lincoln center location is great. Place is just okay otherwise. Hallways are dark.
