The room was clean, staff were friendly and always available. Many flower shops around the hotel so everyday got to see beautiful flowers and plants. Lots of construction and at night the street was kind of dark. The stand out was the breakfast. Lots of seating, clean, and many options to choose from. The rooftop lounge was a nice bonus too!

A gem in Manhattan!
It was our first trip to NYC, so I asked our friends for some hotel recommendations. This one was at the top of the list. We needed a late check-in, and the staff was very accommodating. The fruit infused water at the front desk was refreshing each day. Though our room was very small, it didn’t really matter as we were out exploring the city all day. The room and bathroom were immaculately clean. The bed, pillows and bedding were so incredibly comfortable. The hotel is close to many food options, and it was so quiet at night. The staff was friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is nice, clean and very well located for the purpose of my trip. The location is excellent, there are many restaurants and attractions around. The room was very comfy and quiet. The breakfast was good. very complete.
