Other than being scolded like a 7 year old child, by an elderly man pushing a mop bucket, our stay was good. The hotel areas are small, but the bed was relatively comfy, and the shower was great. The hotel & the room were clean. The location is central to most everything, and multiple subway stations are close. Overall... a nice 3rd visit to NYC in '24. The elderly man pushing the mop bucket needs to learn how to speak to a 58yo patron. Otherwise... a good stay.

Fantastic location in Chelsea and very friendly front desk staff. The cleaning staff are absolutely horrible.... woke us up early completely disregarding that people could be sleeping. The room doors are also very poorly designed and slam very loudly so difficult to get any sleep as you hear everyone on your floor.

There are flower shops and plants all over this street that made it extra special walking through daily. It's a little dark at night if you are traveling alone.

The room was clean, staff were friendly and always available. Many flower shops around the hotel so everyday got to see beautiful flowers and plants. Lots of construction and at night the street was kind of dark. The stand out was the breakfast. Lots of seating, clean, and many options to choose from. The rooftop lounge was a nice bonus too!
