I got there i was given a room and it was so dirty bed not changed hair on the pillow and towels on the bathroom floor and tissues on the table i went down complain i was given another room another floor went inside same thing actually more terrible i complained again and was given a 3rd room same floor i told them im not going to check it you guys check it and finally it was clean but it was next to the stairs and there is a lot of noise and really felt unsafe NEVER COMING BACK DONT GO !!

You get what you pay for.
Over all you pay for what you get so with that being said not bad at all. There is multiple in front of the hotel and I didn’t see any bugs!!!! My only complain is that somebody was smoking inside the building and because of the small rooms it mean as if the person was smoking in our room and that wasn’t the case! There is a free parking lot and if you want to leave your bags at the door before check in it’s 20 dollars which when I called no one inform me of a fee!

Guests on my floor were loud & inconsiderate. While I realize that you can't expect a four or five star experience given the nightly rate, I think quietness isn't asking too much. I have stayed in this hotel several times, I'm doubtful that I will return in the future.

Property under new management. Previous management was friendly, pleasant, and helpful. Most recent stay included a somewhat not clean room. Several items were missing upon check-in (alarm clock, iron) and not replaced during stay. Housekeeping did not tidy room during the stay. I will have to evaluate my options next time I visit New York.

The first room they placed me in had bodily fluids on the duvet cover, the floor and the curtain, toilet handle broken and no toilet paper, 2nd room was full of garbage from previous guests and had stains on carpet. 3rd and final room the tv was reset and the wifi wasnt connected it took 20 minutes for them to come up and connect it.
