We paid up front for our Expedia trip, but when we had a medical emergency the Hard Rock NY would not even consider giving us a credit for the trip. So in addition to having my son in the hospital needing open heart surgery, I got to lose $$$$ for the 2 nights they would not give us a credit for. Guess they don’t really take care of their Unity members after all

It is walking distance to a lot of attractions in Manhattan and I love that it is few minutes walk to Times Square and Rockefeller and Fifth Ave. A lot of restaurants and shops are around as well.

This Hotel is in Times Square, which is a central location and the perfect location for the majority of tourist attractions, but sadly not the best one......it is noisy and dirty, a lot of weird people around which makes you feel uncomfortable and unsafe. The police in the area are useless, they do not do much about keeping the streets free of all these unpleasant people.
