Hi, The service which we received from the reception was not satisfactory. All the way were they showing bit disrespectful attitude as tourist we are not very much familiar on this country’s rules and system.as we asked anything there response was so limited and not too much respectful.

we had to travel in high heat unfortunately, when we arrived the lobby was lovely, clean and quite cool. Oddly when we arrived on the 8th floor the hallway was STIFLING. Not a big deal but not ideal to have guests experience such a drastic climate change. otherwise this is a great hotel for the money.

it would have been a lot nicer had our room not been right above the restaurant which had an outdoor space with people partying until 10:30-midnight. The other rooms might have been nice but this spoiled my experience a good bit.

We had a perfect stay. The rooms were extremely clean and the bathrooms were spotless. They air conditioner blew constant cold air, which was nice because it was very hot on our visit to New York. Great location right next to the Empire State building as well as a subway entrance, we will absolutely stay here the next time we visit NYC.
