Excellent location with every thing in a walking distance. Macys and Empire State Building is just steps away.subway station is right outside the hotel location.we stayed with the family with kids and we had great time. The staff were amazing and very pleasant but the rooms where dark, very dusty and felt dirty. The tops of the benches were dusty, the carpets need a good vac or clean as they felt dirty, you can see the dust. Not sure when the curtains were cleaned last but they looked filthy. We turned the aircon / heating off after the first night and left it off for the rest of our stay as it needs a good clean and filter change. Didnt say anything or mention it as it was xmas, we were not in the room long enough for it to affect us. We loved our stay in New York, hotel is in a perfect location to everything.

The elevators broke when we were there. Front desk gentleman was rude. Other ladies were nice. Breakfast was a joke. Only one person serving and huge line. Super slow

Great location in midtown. You can walk to the Empire State Building, Madison Square Garden, Rockefeller Center. The room was clean and comfortable with pleasant and accommodating staff.

The property was beautiful and clean, staff were very friendly and enjoyable to work with, and the area was pretty clean and super close to shopping and the subway. Great stay!
