The computer was down and check in was delayed quite a while . We were given a room next to the elevator which was quite noisy but got a late check out which was terrific.

Very central position. Can walk to Time Square and Broadway. Subway entrance is within 20m of front door for access to 2 major subway lines and hence the rest of the city easily. Easy walk from Penn station with access to JFK. Its position is its greatest asset.

We loved this place so much. From the moment we arrived till we checked out. We were early for our reservation but welcomed to leave our luggage in a locked and supervised room. The room exceeded our expectations regarding size, especially downtown NYC. It was clean and comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and helpful from the desk to the cleaning staff. We will definitely book here for our next NYC trip.

Had breakfast included in my stay - I was told that I could have coffee or Juice and not both and also a very limited selection from the rest of the breakfast items. I spent $825 for 2 nights and they had to limit what I could have at the breakfast bar? For this reason I doubt I will stay there again. It felt like I was being nickel and dimed.

위치 넘 좋다 엠파이어 스테이트 빌딩도 근처고 센트럴파크도 근처고 지하철도 바로 옆이다. 뉴욕 관광하기 너무 좋다. 걸어서 가기도, 지하철 타기도 넘 좋다. 관광 중간에 호텔와서 충전도하고 쉬고 가기도 했다. 힐튼이지만 좀 오래되었다 객실은 2 베드했는데 아주 넓지는 않다 약간 캠핑간 느낌 ㅎㅎ 호텔 느낌 룸으로는 보기 어렵다. 등 하나 나갔는데 전화하니 바로 와서 갈아줘서 친절 프런트도 친절하다 콘센트도 여기저기 많아 좋다 화장실 넓은데 바닥에 물이 좀 잘 고여서 좀 닦아줘야한다 헬스장은 24시간 그런데 세탁실이 있다고 알고 왔는데 세탁 서비스를 해주는 것이다. 당연 세탁 서비스는 비씨고 조금 가면 코인 세탁소가 있다고 친절히 알려준다. 전지렌지 쎄거다. 냉장고도 나쁘지 않다. 아 에어컨디셔너는 곰팡이 냄새나서 안 틀고 창문 열었다 9월 중순이라 오케이 1층에 카페테리아도 있다. 직원들은 모두 친절하다. 패이퍼 클립이 필요하다 하면 빌려주고, 빨래방 물어봐도 잘 알려주고 가게 물어봐도 친절하게 알려준다. 객실만 조금 포기하면 아주 좋다.

Staff was friendly and helpful in helping me navigate myself to my destinations. the room and bed were clean and tidy. Compare to the other hotels in the area this was the best rate offered. I definitely felt like I got a deal!
