This hotel is located in an unsafe area in LES. Hotel rooms are very dated and unclean, area behind the beds are filled with dust and likely pose a safety concern. Had an item go missing during my stay and staff (Felix) were unhelpful in investigating. Would not recommend.

This property was extremely sub par for a holiday inn. It seems as though it is being used as a shelter for homeless and migrants. I did not even stay after checking in due to how uncomfortable the environment made me feel.

Secure building after 7 pm. Very quiet on my room on the fifth floor. Microwave and fridge, what more could you ask for! Excellent front desk staff and steps to the subway.
