I have stayed at this property before and it was my go-to hotel. The facility itself is good. Housekeeping was spotty. They missed 3 out of 7 days in cleaning. Breakfast was provided but was very so-so. Alcohol and happy hour at the hotel have been eliminated. The neighborhood has deteriorated significantly since my last stay. Garbage and homeless people have really taken over the block. It’s sad.

I’ve stayed at many Hilton properties but this one was the worst. Drug addicts all along the hotel route which was scary at night because you would see them injecting themselves. The mattresses in the room were horrible, extremely lumpy and noisy springs. Most staff we encountered were not very friendly. I would never stay there again.

Stay was great once we were able to get a room 2 hours after checkin time. After flying in from Louisiana it was rough to not have a room ready to go into. Kind of aggravating at first but it turned out ok. Rooms were very clean. Staff was fantastic.

We booked 2 triple rooms, during checked in i wondered I was only given 2 key cards so I asked the lady why I was given 2 key cards where I was supposed to get 4 for 2 rooms. I was informed I only booked 1 room so I showed her my booking from Expedia. She also asked me to give a $100 dollar deposit coz I only put a deposit for 1 room. I told her that from my Expedia booking I understood there’s $50 deposit for each room not a $100, I again showed her my booking. The staff was very helpful and easy to deal with. We love our stay. The place was clean, convenient, walking distance to places we went to, close to subways, Port Authority Bus Terminal. The breakfast was great and they also have luggage storage. We’ll definitely stay at Homewood Suites again and I’ll recommend it to my friends and family

Location - in the heart of Manhattan! Many options for breakfast, coffee, lunch and dinner within 1-2 min walking time. Great place if you want to feel the heart beat of New York city. Great option is the parking near the hotel. Very kind staff at the reception and in the chat, explaining in details everything and answering all of our questions. Convinient transportation close to the hotel. Breakfast could be improved - small place for all that guests and more variety of food is needed. However we strongly recommend the hotel!
