Room was not properly clean, Lots of dust and candy paper was found I room behind night table, Bathroom wasn't,t prorely clean. Needed and iron and ask for one 2 days in a row from different staff member and front desk none was bought although I was told I will get 1. We had no keys to the room, each time we left the room we had to get front desk to give us access to the room. even to just go outside and back, no garbage bin in room had to call for it. Room floor was not vacuumed

I didn’t think I would like this hotel or recommend it but I was so pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and overall ease of check in. No breakfast but no smells, alongside your normal NYC brown noise and a clean bed (pillowcases were questionable but still). However, for the price I will definitely stay again.

This hotel is not up to standard at all. There’s not even a trash bin in the room. It’s a double room, but there’s constant noise, making it impossible to sleep. I am requesting a full refund for our stay.

Don’t usually write reviews but had to write about the lovely experience I had with the mirage hotel. Newly renovated last month, clean rooms, young friendly and helpful staff and great location on Atlantic avenue to branch off into BK and find any degree of fun. One thing that could be slightly improved is the rooms are updated but yes they are small and don’t really have any place to store your wardrobe. Perhaps they can consider a small wall hanging wardrobe or fold down desk with drawers.
