This hotel is both modern and turn of the century decor. Recently renovated to include all modern luxuries while maintaining a taste for the past. No squeaky doors, or loud toilet flushes to stir you from the velvety interiors that seem to hug you as you enter the room. Located in safe area near a subway stop. This is the most beautiful hotel with a history that you can feel in the ambience as well as the decor. Situated in a good location, quite central to everything you'll probably want to see. This hotel was our sanctuary in the hustle and bustle of this extremely busy city. Staff were professional, and mostly friendly. An excellent stay.

We selected this hotel because it seemed like it had more character than the W-ish design of most hotel options. It ended up being a great selection. The room was actually spacious and gorgeously appointed. It was so easy to get around, and there was always plenty of staff around to help out. I would definitely stay here on return visits.

Hotel Chelsea is a whole vibe. Rooms are comfortable, well equipped, and charming. No attention spared. Housekeeping is like magic- turn down service 10/10. Service overall is impeccable. I was in NYC on a solo trip and v much appreciated how quiet the room was. I will absolutely be back. If you don’t know about the illustrious history at Hotel Chelsea, google it right up!
