Property entrance was impressive with its 1920’s style but the room was tired and in need of a refurbishment - air con very noisy with a rattle & wasn’t working well, bathroom door lock falling out & no hot water for a whole day. Staff very serious about life so didn’t make you feel that welcoming.

Me and my girlfriend booked the Edison for my Birthday and my birthday is the 22nd of December we had a 5 night stay. We tried to check in around 5 and our room still wasn’t ready so we went and ate. Came back and had a very small room on the 3rd floor. This room was very small and outdated. We managed until the 3rd night the pipes started making noise in the walls due to it being an old building they moved us to a different room after talking to manager and it was on the 21st floor and what I had intially expected the room to be when booking it. I’m happy they were able to do this for us because it was not a cheap stay but I do feel bad for the guests coming that get stuck with those lesser than room. The property does have a lot of things do set up for you but most things you are gonna have to pay. We still had a great time and would stay again just probably not if it is as expensive as some other hotels that were similar pried like the Westin or Hilton

Excellent location!! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The first guy checked me in under a completely different person but the manager corrected all of it and was so kind and accommodating. It could have been a mess but they corrected the issue flawlessly.

Perfectly spotted, a few steps from Time Square. Although it had everything needed, queen size bed room felt very small, restroom smaller!!
