My room was not up to standard. Beds are so small they arent queen beds . That was full beds. Bathroom need maintenance ( broken mirror, broken toilet tank lid, broken toilet paper holder , no shower curtain , shower ground all molded. Just so uncomfortable being inside my room . Bath robe too course , nothing of softness was in the robe . Will never stay there again .

Good for just a quick one night stay. Nothing special but gets the job done. I am VERY picky with where i stay but because of holiday season all hotels were very expensive. This was a great price for a good one night stay. It was clean. Staff was helpful. Central area.

Disappointing Experience at Hotel Hayden I recently stayed at Hotel Hayden in New York and had an incredibly disappointing experience. 1. Lack of Transparency: Upon arrival, we discovered the hotel was under construction, and the restaurant was closed—neither of which was communicated to us beforehand. 2. Room Issues: We paid extra for a room with two queen beds, but were “upgraded” to a king suite without being asked if we were okay sharing a bed. As two coworkers, this was uncomfortable and embarrassing. The pull-out sofa they offered as an alternative was extremely uncomfortable, not something you want after a long day. 3. Cleanliness Concerns: The room had visible stains on the sofa and chairs, and we found men’s hair in the bed—completely unacceptable for a hotel at this price point. 4. Breakfast: The breakfast was incredibly poor, barely worth mentioning. 5. Customer Service: At checkout, no one asked how our stay was. The lack of care and consideration was evident. For the price they charge, this hotel falls far below expectations. I would not recommend staying here.

The staff was very polite. The hotel was clean. The parking was difficult but not the hotels fault. The extra $50 charge at the end I didn’t know about was a surprise. But good location for what we wanted and a fair price.

Warning! Do not stay here!
DO NOT STAY here! Would you pay $500 per night at a place that doesnt not have drinking water available? No fountains. No store. If you are lucky they might have a some bottled water they bought at the CVS down the street. Has to be a health code violation. When you ask them about water they just say "sorry we dont have any". $500 per night for this? Crazy.

Don't let the high price and the photos online fool you-- this place is absolutely disgusting. When I arrived, there was actual food on the nightstand. The chair has stains all over it. Just EW.

Decent place
The hotel has a decent lobby and the people who work there are very nice. The bed was a little squeaky and there was no blanket, just sheets. The heat worked well so that didn't become a problem. Breakfast was disappointing, a selection of donuts, whole fruit (bananas) and or yogurt, coffee and tea. The business center and gym downstairs were adequate.

Online it advertises on site parking available for $60 a night. Granted it’s only a 3 minute walk away but it is not on site. No only that but you have to pay every time you enter and exit the car park. So only $60 a night if you park your car and leave it as if it’s in jail there. Otherwise it’s way more. Would not have booked this place if that was made clear.
