Very nice
Very easy and quick check-in. Friendly staff and extremely clean room. The bathroom is very modern with great water pressure in the shower. The king size bed was very comfortable. The only down thing for me was the overall size of the room. The walk between the foot of the bed and the wall where the TV is there must have been less than two feet of space. A lot of the channels on the TV we're coming in scrambled but other than those minor things it was a very pleasant stay in a very nice room

It has a rooftop bar with great views of the city. The independently operated restaurant has good food and good prices and is very popular with New Yorkers. Will definitely stay again.

They did not have my room available upon check-in time, so I had to settle for a smaller bed accommodation or wait 45 min to an hour for the room to be set. Due to timing I couldnt wait for it. This was the only issue I experienced. It would have been nice to receive a credit for this inconvenience. The room was small but cozy. Staff were generally helpful.

Terrible lighting in rooms!!!! one light missing a bulb so even darker. A woman could not have possibly had any hand in the lighting around mirrors, impossible to actually use the mirrors functionally since all the light is straight over head so nothing but dark gloomy shadows. Shower door does not stay closed. And as far as the air conditioning there is absolutely no middle ground between Freezing to it kicking the heat on! Make sure you actually plug in your fridge when you get there. And if the room is gonna be the size of a thimble maybe have more than 1 hanger since there is only room enough to have 1 suitcase open and off the floor.

Hotel outside is great the bar and roof top is great but service sent me to wrong parking garage had to pay 180 for parking for 2 days.. house keeping just changed sheets and towels and did nothing else no re up on coffee or cups. Showerhesd blew off and almost killed me.. lighting sucked couldnt even do my makeup had to bring a lamp in in the bathroom cheap room equals cheap .never staying there again..

The wifi was non-functioning. The room had not been adequately cleaned The lobby restaurant needs to clean out their cappuccino machine. The taste is very bitter. There seemed to be a staffing issue when I had breakfast in the lobby bar. The food was not great. I would not recommend it.
