If I could give this place no stars I would!!! This place was a dump! The pics and setting are very deceiving!! The room was gross, dirty desk, old ass comforters, bathroom sink was cracked, only 2 towels, not a drop of hot water either. I had to take a freezing cold shower! No microwave in the room, they were in the lobby, along with a bug zapper! Oh and both vending machines did not work!! Alls you smelled was weed and stale cigarettes. Lock on the door was broken, lamps were old and falling apart etc... My husband got up at one point in the middle of the night and roaches were crawling all over! No parking lot so you had to park on the street!!! This place is in a very dangerous area. We walked to a corner store and felt very unsafe!! The pics of the rooms online were not what we got at all! Please do your research. $258 I paid for this room! Thank God it was only for one nigh

This hotel was horrible. I check in and 45 minutes I checked out. I didn’t feel Safe at all. The hotel door was flimsy and didn’t have the extra lock for security. The bedding was raggedy. The bathroom was horrible. There was roaches crawling from under the baseboards. I left this room without having another option because I felt unsafe. I was visiting from Cleveland, Ohio. My stay was $470 and I rather be without money and a room than to stay there. Hotels.com reached out for a refund and didn’t get anyone at the hotel to answer.

The only thing good about this hotel is the proximity to JFK airport and the price you get for that location. A plus is that the train station is next door. Other than that be prepared to travel out for anything worth going to (even food) and be prepared to smash roaches.

We were in a situation where our flight had been cancelled. We quickly found a hotel...picture looked good. We had no idea about distance from airport, thought it was "nearby". $48.00 to take cab. Not sure about the neighborhood, it was very late. Our room was "clean" BUT no window, no chair, no closet. Bed hard to get into for a short person. Night time desk clerk was not as friendly as daytime...no help with luggage, told the elevator didn't work. Just not comfortable. We chose not to stay for second night. Hard to get a taxi...no place to eat except Dunkin Donuts and McDonalds.

The room was humid, AC did not work, everything was worn or ripped including chairs and bed sheets. Shower was atrocious, was hard to close the door and the lock was broken. Very uncomfortable and stinks! Never staying there again. The photos are misleading and altered with photo shop.

Avoid at all cost
The whole motel smells like cigarettes, check in counter was rude/not accommodating, the walls were thin and the sheets were dirty. I had to stay here for 1 night due to a flight being delayed, but you are better off staying at the airport.

Air conditioning was set to as low as possible I think to minimize their roach and bug infestation. Do not stay their unless you have no other with in budget options. Its a one night stat max.

I missed my flight and selected this hotel without reading reviews. Hotels.com should be embarrassed and ashamed for hosting this hotel on their site, This hotel is not fit for purpose it cost $100 for the night, I lost something and they wouldn’t answer their phone/ it was disconnected… this is what I would have expected from a $30 hotel… and I wouldn’t select one this cheap… I was asked smoking or non smoking which initially took me aback…. Didn’t think it was possible to smoke in a hotel in the year 2024, the room smelt smokey and mouldy, I can’t imagine what a smoking room smelled like…..
