Specifically, the issues that I encountered were the Wi-Fi constantly failing, no refrigerator in the room, no phone in the room, no lockbox, the latch on the door lock falling off and no climate control in the room. I informed the front desk and I received a small fan on the final night of my stay which is unacceptable. The manager Jeremy promised me a one night stay refund credit and $200 towards my next stay and never provided it. When I called the hotel to inquire why I didn’t receive both credits, they continuously rushed me off the phone or did not take my call. With all the options in New York City avoid this one. There are plenty of other hotels that comparably priced. Also, the name of the hotel is not recognized on apps. You have to use the hotel address. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Never again.
