Inexpensive for Manhattan. Clean well appointed rooms. New-ish renovations make rooms very good. Would stay here again. That says something....

No central air. No air conditioning in the lobby. We stayed in the 3rd floor and could not close the windows blind all the way down so had to use our bags and backpacks to cover the window gap so people from the street and building across the street couldn’t see us. Poor lighting in the bedroom. The building/room smelled good, had enough hot water/good shower and comfortable bed. Great customer service. Thank you!

There was a cockroach in the bathroom that I named Peter. You might want to take care of him though. But overall the experience was nice and I didn’t see much of Peter after he disappeared into a crack in the bathroom wall.

I enjoyed my stay but it seemed like the hotel was in transition, or new? There is no sign outside with the hotel name. Apart from that, it was nice, I would've preferred a little bit cleaner, and breakfast included for the price, but honestly the location was really great and the staff was super super friendly and helpful!

This is garden style hotel that looks like it's not. There is a huge window to the hallway in the room. And when you pull the blinds it blocks the AC unit. I pulled the door to the bathroom and part of it that was glued together pulled off. there were rats running around the main outside entrance and a young man working security at the entrance from a stool. the elevator was not secure. Needs a lot of work.

Clean and cute place, close to everything. Sparce room. Only 1 hook and that was in the bathroom, so no where to hang clothes. The staff I interacted with was sweet. She tried hard to help me with getting the TV working because maintenance didn't return her calls. We didn't have live TV since I didn't have an account and that's as far as I could get initiating the fire stick and using my personal credentials.
