The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The check in and check out process was veey smooth. The rooms were clean and cozy. The only issue we had was the air conditioning. It was set at 68 but was very warm and miggy most of the time The Fan wouldnt stay on to keep the air circulating

The rooms are what you’d find in NYC/small but clean. The lobby was hoping especially during breakfast but they do warn you so we were prepared. I’d stay here again!

Very close to everything but this place has over 500 rooms so you feel like you are in Grand Central Station. People start lining up for Breakfast at 630. Food is OK. Staff is very efficient at keeping things moving. Room was pretty small but bed was very comfortable and shower was great! staff is friendly. The water in the room is not free unless you are a member.

Hyatt really knew how to make a place feel modern and relaxing. I couldn't explain how great I felt after setting my foot into my room. It was quiet. Everything looked clean and well organized. The bed looked very comfortable. The restroom wasn't huge but it looked nice, the shower temp was great, the water pressure was good. I mentioned these, because there were other places that couldn't compare at all. The staff members here are very experienced. They are nice and professional. I felt welcome. The wifi was very easy to use and stable. Again, I mentioned these because there were places that just... This made me feel like becoming a Hyatt member as I will start travelling a lot again. Highly recommended!

Lobby was a disaster at all times. We had to wait for an elevator at every ride whether we were going down or back up to our room. On the day of checkout we had to walk down 11 flights of stairs because the wait to use the elevator was over 20 minutes. Staff didn’t care.

This hotel is in a good location. Walkable to Times Square and Broadway shows. Parking is tricky if you have a car. We were on the 10th floor and the ice machine was broken most of the time
