I would like to give a sincere thank you to Kevin at the front desk who greeted me upon my arrival. He was friendly , helpful , pleasant and appeared to enjoy his job which was refreshing. I was told where to park and was a little nervous when the car in front of me was told the garage was full anxious I almost backed out but I waited and was told there was room for guests . I was very happy . I was reassured by Kevin if I needed anything to just call and when I called he answered . Best service ever. Thank you for a great weekend .No one compliments any more only complains. Have a great day

Everyone was Pleasant on arrival. Just they said we could check in early, paid 100. But our room wasnt ready till 3. So they didnt give the money back. But everything else was great!

Entirely acceptable hotel located close to Times Square, and quite good value to stay in Manhattan. The room was comfortable if a little small, perfectly clean, and nice and quiet. The offer a nice breakfast, though go early to avoid the queues. The only downside is that this is a busy hotel, and they don't seem to have enough staff on duty to run it. You'll have to wait to check-in, wait to store luggage, wait to pick up luggage. This is no fault of the staff who are polite and pleasant, there just needs to be a lot more of them to handle the volume of guests this hotel sees.

We enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and ease of accessibility to downtown NYC’s shopping and restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was very nice with a lot of options offered from bagels to bacon and eggs. We were disappointed when we first arrived to the hotel as we booked a king sized bed, and apparently you’re not guaranteed what you booked as the lady at the front desk told us they no longer had one available and put us in a room with two full sized beds.
