No glasses in the rooms or in the hotel, shower looks like is from a Cuba 3 star hotel, no cleaning towels, no coffee machine, no valet, soap half used. Pictures are much nicer than the actual hotel.

Good, more affordable option in NYC. With that comes things like no fancy amenities, a small but functional cafe downstairs for breakfast, and no free water. Its that kind of vibe. The room itself was modern enough but the bathroom was pretty old. Not super close to major subways (about a 15 min walk from most) so would just take that into account. Bed was comfy and the area was relatively quiet tho

Staff is always very helpful and polite. They take the time to explain areas to visit. Also, assist with transportation. Tkis is my 3rd stay wit ink 48. Hi highly recommend them.

Rough Start but Nice Room, Eventually
We got off to a rough start: The desk clerk made us wait at reception for 20 minutes without explanation or apology, finally mumbling about computer issues when I asked what the delay was about. (We were the only people there.) Then she sent us to a regular room when we'd booked a suite. Only when we returned downstairs and waited ten more minutes did we get the right category of room, still without a word of apology. After that, everything went fine. Although on a low floor looking into a car dealership, the room was quite clean, ample and lovely.

Stayed on the 17th floor overlooking the city amazing view. The room has floor to ceiling windows. Picked this hotel due to the proximity of the cruise port. Will definitely stay here again.

Terrible place.
The room was just ok. The elevators were not working properly so I took the stairs and ended up stuck in the basement. When I finally made it out, the desk man said I should have called from my room so the bellman could have come and escorted me down. What??? Our water bottles in the mini fridge had been opened and refilled as the seal was already cracked. Unacceptable!
