This is generally a very comfortable hotel, conveniently located. The reason I give it only 3 stars, though, is because of the added fees. Upon checking in, we were informed of a daily $45 "amenity fee." That few included a $30 fault credit for use at the bar, the restaurant, room service, or the mini bar. However $30 doesn't go very far when they charge almost $15 for a can of diet coke and $35 for a Snickers from the mini bar. In other words, this credit is really just a way to get you to spend more on hotel dining, since you will always exceed this amount of you use the hotel's services. So it did feel very money-grubbing.

Huge dirt stain on carpet. Lack of porters when arriving and when we departed. Amount of time I wasted three times trying to talk to staff. Lack of amenities normally found in a room. Misleading Expedia rating. It showed 9.3 but deserved a 7 or 6
