The staff are very friendly and helpful! The hotel is clean and the rooms are nice but it does take a long time by either public transportation or Uber/lyft to get to other areas of Brooklyn

The pictures displayed online are deceiving. The hallways and rooms are really small. The hotel looked renovated, but possibly done in haste. The wall paper in the rooms appeared bubbly. The shower curtains in the shower were literally curtains and very unsanitary. We booked two nights but only stayed for night. I couldn’t possibly stay one more night. They refused to reimburse us for the second night. Horrible experience. Just stay at one of the well known chains.

Be warned about this property and its deceptive marketing and outrageous online pricing. This is not a full service hotel. The rooms and beds are tiny and cannot accommodate more than two people. Beds are against the walls - room is the size of the beds. Our 4-person stay was plain awful. Our room was mould infested and had an overpowering stench. Totally ignored by staff and so-called cleaning crews. Loud noises all night from neighboring rooms and from the busy major street and police station below. Hotel is currently a refugee / migrant center with boxes of food and supplies piled at the room doors. On my nights the hotel was available for 120$US beware of their astronomical price gouging online and via web booking services - you will be sorely disappointed as I was. Hotel refused to rectify. None of my requests for pillows, quiet room, accessible room nor my complaints about the stay were honored nor addressed by management. Hotel is uncomfortable, unsanitary, loud and quite possibly unsafe. Be forewarned before you arrive here.

Great place to stay
Very clean no-smoking hotel. Did notice people vaping/smoking right outside the entrance, but not inside. Very comfortable beds, too. Pleasant, helpful staff. Large breakfast area downstairs with a decent selection. Would definitely stay there again.
