Overall Good with a few tech glitches.
Great small room, perfect for a night or two. Service was friendly and the room was clean. The only downside, and I heard another customer make the same complaint, is that the Samsung TV system was very hard to navigate and was confusing. I ended up using my phone to watch what I wanted to see.

We stayed for the weekend and it was a great choice. The hotel’s usage of the space is amazing - it’s compact but offers enough for convenience. Our room was clean and the staff was great too!

We’ll be back!
We stayed for 4 days in August, and loved it. We thought the price was great, and it’s close to subway entrances, Times Square, and theaters. The air conditioned lobby is cozy - a great place to sit and rest if you have some time. We also loved that Remi43 (a beautiful coffee shop/florist) and John’s Coffee were on adjacent blocks. Very convenient in the mornings, and when we just wanted a close place to grab coffee in the afternoon. There is also a Georgian restaurant around the corner where we ate dinner, and the food and ambiance were perfect. Little Charlie’s was a great find - we hope to stay again! *One thing to note: their continental breakfast is very small - mostly pastries!*

When I checked into my room the man at the front desk said my room number out loud while another guest was present. This is a major privacy concern. I was only staying a night so I took my chances; writing to warn other solo travelers. Separately, a fire alarm went off at 4:50 am. NYFD responded promptly, and nothing appeared to be wrong, but the hotel never provided information or a discount for this major inconvenience.

Vi boede to forskellige steder i New York. Little Charlie var klart vores favorit. Værelset var helt nyt og i virkelig god stand. Selvom værelset i var super stort, var det virkelig smart indrettet. Blandt andet med skaber under sengene. Ungerne elskede at lege derinde. Både gode dyner og puder - hvilket ikke var standard under vores ophold i USA. Super hyggelig tagterrasse!

My only issue with my stay was i did have to fight with my door lock to get back in once. After trying the physical key and my phone about tens times over, I finally got in. No one answered the service line so persistence was my only choice. Other than that, everything was great.

A budget-conscious accommodation in NYC
The staff were super helpful and accommodating. The room was perfect, and the location isn't too far away from the subway station. There is a complimentary water and light breakfast. Overall highly recommended for best value hotel in the east midtown area.
