L’appart est vraiment bien placé dans Tribeca à côté du métro et de nombreux restaurants. A deux pas du world trade center. La deco est très sympa. L’appart très spacieux quoiqu’un peu sombre. L’escalier d’accès est particulièrement raide et convient aux personnes fit et peu chargées.
