The customer service was above and beyond and the other guests were friendly and chatty if you sat at the bar for breakfast. The location is close to Times Square, which I loved, but you can hear it from your room at night. Luckily, I had long days and fell right asleep. I hope they will have availability next time I come to New York.

Amazing property. We felt like family. Owner and son were there to make sure we were well taken care of. Manager was super helpful too. Small room but super comfortable and clean. Great design. Location is great, very close to Times Square. Good restaurant too. Thumbs up.

The rooms were too small and inconvenient for a family of 3. The place was close to timesquare a benefit but the street have trash bins right in front. The restaurant is not a great one either

Very close to times square - you have everything you need a short walk away or the subway if needed. Broadway shows near by and generally incredibly busy with tourists (to the point of being bothersome). The room we stayed in was tiny with a small window into the lightwell. Our experience was good bordering on great if not for the extra charges applied (an Urban Fee ) remarkably for the complementary water and free wifi - which made no sense.

Great room in the heart of the city.
Great place in the heart of the city. Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was perfect. Great spacious bathroom! If there is one criticism, it’s that my room window faced the second floor of the pub next door, which was still crowded and loud into the night as I went to sleep. It felt like the bar was in the next room! But ultimately, that was ok, as it was just me, and it’s New York after all. And the Rangers had won and there was good energy in the city.
