We never actually got to stay at this property, if it's even legit. Paid in advance, agent says we will receive check in and parking details well before 4:00 (check in time). They send the supposed address of the property, which appears to be a few doors down from the address on the listing. When queried via msg, Ricardo replies that the address sent is correct, and the other is "a glitch". I asked multiple times for parking details, as "parking" is listed as an amenity. Never replied. I asked multiple times for check in details, was told "by 4:00". We needed a place to stay at 4:00, and no reply, including to phone calls. After we booked a hotel, and a little after 5:15, he sends generic check in instructions, and says their system hadn't shown my payment, so they had withheld check-in instructions. First word of this. My credit card had been charged days before. We had already requested a refund through VRBO (pending) and shelled out more $ for a hotel. He then says he sent check-in info before 4:00, despite previously acknowledging he hadn't. Totally unsatisfactory, and likely a scam.

The furniture was quite nice and modern. But we didnot get a blanket nor a clean sheet, only torn towels and no cups or cutlery.
Onthe phone and per mail we were told, that the missing things would be provided for us immediately, but nobody came, thoug we wrote many mails. Always the same answer: ist on the way.
So, we had to sleep in clothes for 6 nights.
we will never book expedia again.
