The staff is awesome, the check in process was super simple and the location is fantastic if you want to be near time square. It was very close to the subway so we were able to walk/get to almost anywhere! The rooms are TINY! Like really really tiny. The toilet and the shower share the same door. It had a toilet like on an airplane, the sink was tiny and nowhere to hang up dresses. The location made up for it tho! If your traveling with more then two people this definitely would not work!

This hotel was a great location and very clean. With that said, this was the first time I could hear the entire conversations of the couple next door. This was extremely disappointing. In addition, I felt trapped as the rooms were so small.

I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again. Our room blinds were broken our whole stay even though we contacted staff about it since entering the room. Also room was not cleaned enough. At the end of my trip I noticed a whole bunch of fees that don’t even have a description and still haven’t gotten my money they held. The only good thing was the area.

You are super close to Time Square. The only thing I did not like, there is a 30 dollars service fee they charge everyday and that’s not including tips. The service tips include 2 bottle of water and some wafer biscuits and a 10 dollars credit for the bar and some other stuff I wish they gave us the option to opt out because I didn’t needed that. I rather give that money as tips to the staff.

Perfect Location. The $10 a day to buy coffee in the alderman was ideal to start the day. The only thing, the bedrooms are small, but everything was in perfect condition and clean.
