Negative: Housekeeping is upon request only, which was disappointing. The rooms are very small but it is New York. Positive: Staff is friendly and they provide a fun atmosphere. The views are great to see the Brooklyn bridge.

I always stay at the Moxie downtown when visiting my student at Pace University. It is so convenient and easy to come and go, check in check out. It’s clean and they have a nice little bar, and in the morning great coffee.

Poor management, great location
My stay was good, check out and. Service from the manager was terrible. I am not one to make a big deal of stuff but I don’t get that when a customer asks you to explain and break down what they believe and have been told by your assistant manager and others to be an incorrect charge. To not try to explain throughly, to be rude and dismissive, and to offer what you feel is a resolution. After calling for months, sending emails with no response. I would recommend you book somewhere else, property is nice need better management.
