Was able to check in a little earlier than 4 which was nice. The lobby, bar and room were all clean and great decorations and theming. A few things in the room were a little worn. Curtains had stains. Some chips in the flooring. One lamp was missing from the headboard. The bed was so comfortable and great view of the bridge. Overall, great experience and would stay again

The rooms are TINY! We were told that they upgraded the room there’s no way they did. It’s the same room that was online. Not only that but you have many hidden fees with this place. Destination fee, and 160.00 in incidentals but only get $100 back, the drinks are outrageously expensive even for the area, additional parking fees, not to mention the lobby is so small. Breakfast and the team serving it were great. The guy that checked us in was terrible. Not hygienic, couldn’t understand him, he didn’t explain anything to us didn’t apply my Marriott number and didn’t tell us about promos for destinations or transportation rentals.

Restaurant service is very poor.
My teens loved the games in the restaurant area, but the service for food and drinks was exceptionally bad during our 3-day stay. The restaurant caters to millennials and is packed from 5-7:30ish due to happy hour. We couldn't find a place to sit down on 2 of 3 nights we stayed there. The noise was so loud we couldn't even talk to plan our our next day of activities.
