The location on Marriott on Broadway is excellent. You can walk to Broadway shows. Charles the manager took care of us. At check in, we got a room that didn’t work out for us. I spoke to Charles and he got us a much comfortable room the next day. Thank you Charles!

Right in the heart of Time Square! Huge hotel but wait times for elevators or reception wasn’t bad. There is a destination fee which included in room WiFi, $30/day food and drink credit (really came in handy!!) and one tickets/night to certain sightseeing (we opted for Madame Tussaud’s but there are other options including museums and the Big Bus tour). Not sure if this was a special or standard for the destination fee. As the hotel is in Time Square the area is very busy but convenient to get to lots of places by foot or subway. Would stay again.

Hated room service. I appreciate that u are being ecological but When I pay $1800 for a stay I don't want to eat on paper and plastic silverware. Food was sub par and ridiculously expensive. Room stewardess was fantastic.

The hotel stay was good overall. The only thing is the ppl on the first floor did not have the best attitude when we asked for directions to the lobby or when we were looking for a restroom. Other than that the stay was great.

I was pleased with my stay at the hotel except for two reasons. First, I was back in my room before I discovered that I had been assigned a $30/day credit to be used in the hotel's restaurants. I had no desire to eat in the hotel restaurants because of all the other options around Times Square. My biggest disappointment, though, and the reason why I won't be staying here anymore is the fact that internet/WiFi was an outrageous $17 each day. Motel 6 doesn't even charge for it. Three stars was being generous.
