A gem!
Wonderful hotel with attentive staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Rooms are well appointed and quiet. The black out shades are much appreciated. Location is great directly across the street from Bryant Park and the NY Public Library and a quick stroll to Times Square and the theater district. Will stay again.

Loved everything, the safe area and service with the staff was great. The Terrace on the 6th floor was so perfect too! Great amenity! Only negative thing was the pillows. They were by far the worst pillows I have ever slept on. I would recommend getting better one for a better sleep for the patrons.
