We were there for a weekend trip & booked on a whim. So glad we did. We loved the Hotel RIU! You could not beat the proximity to Times Square. The employees were pleasant & respectful. The room was clean & roomy. The cherry on top was the HOT breakfast included. We will be returning customers!

The rose up the om was equipped for 3 people. They came up to set up the sofa into a bed. It took us couple of minutes to figure out how to leave the lights on, lol key card. The breakfast is soo worth the money. JUST would have liked a coffee maker in the room.

Beautiful property. Well maintained and clean. Check-in was efficient and quick. David was friendly and cared about any questions we had as we ventured out onto Times Square. Breakfast was a breeze....NO BREAKFAST LONG LINE! Not sure what past guest experience but 8/2024, our visit was wonderful. No complaints.

Good except for the a/c
We couldn’t get our room cool enough. We figured out that the a/c stops running if you take a card out of the holder, so even if the room hasn’t cooled, it will stop running. We finally left a card in there constantly, but the room wouldn’t go below 73. We called once to have it looked at, but they just said it was running. Also, the wait for breakfast here is nuts. You have to take the elevator to the lobby, stand in line for ages, then you get packed in another elevator to go to the 5th floor. The breakfast is good when you finally get there. But there must be a better way to do it! Great location near the theatres.

I paid the extra fee for the breakfast and it was like a huge lind to check in for it, so at the end we didn’t it breakfast for the time , it was wasted money (we were 5)

Staff were very nice, rooms were clean, no carpet. We liked the grab and go options for food/drink. Outdoor seating was nice. Check in and check out was a breeze. Location was close to everything but on a relatively quiet side street. That’s all I need. 10/10 I’d stay here again.
