Hotel is clean. We requested for a room that will accommodate 3 people but only had towels for two and pillows for 2 people. We had to request for a third set of towels and pillows. Then we only had one chair and when I requested the answer was no.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Rooms a little small. Elevators terrible. Waited 30 mins to catch the elevator in the morning to go down. 4 elevators stopped and they were completely packed and could not fit another person. Take before 7:30 or after 10.

Don't like the area around Times Square as too busy and noisy, only stayed there because we were neeting friends who had already booked it. Walls in hotel were too thin. Family next door to us were shouting at 4am and never shut up despite us asking several times the first night. On the 3rd night we called the front desk and they did come up at 5.30 to ask them to be quiet but didn't make any difference. There was a connecting door between the rooms and we could even hear them unzipping the suitcases. Never again !! We stay in lots of hotels and never had this problem Otherwise it was clean and reception staff were great. Loved the Christmas decorations

The stuff of the hotel in general not friendly. To be specific: front desk agents depend who you talk you may get a nice or angry person. The breakfast is very uncomfortable. You have to go down the lobby check in for breakfast then they send you to the fifth floor and in my case. If i am a family of 4 but only 2 came first they will not give me a table of 4. Even if you travel with kids and my wife took 1 to bathroom until they checked me in for breakfast..... the least pleasant remark in 2 days same begger accessed hotel lobby asking for money. He walked around a few minutes until stuff took him out. Happened today 11.30 and yeeterday 11 29 And last but no least loke 20 minutes after begger came to lobby the security came to ask me to leave cafeteria area because my kids where eating chicken nuggets from the street when i responded to him that i was ordering for me and my wife food from the hotel. I got very upset. It was kids meals because they didnt want nothing from the hotel gtab and go. I got supper upset about that

Stunning and great location to Times Square!
Incredibly beautiful hotel, and the lobby smells amazing! We visited during Thanksgiving and it was beautiful set up with trees and Christmas lights. The entire staff was very friendly. Minute walk to Times Square! Highly recommend and would stay there again.
