Just spend the extra money closer to Manhattan
I would not recommend staying here if you are mainly doing things in manhattan. It is sooo far away and we spent a lot of money on ubers. Just spend the extra money on a hotel nearby. Also they didn't have a do not disturb sign in the room for us to use and housekeeping came in even though I made my own sign. We could also hear everything that was going on the in the room right next to us since the walls are suuuper thin. The front desk guy was pretty sassy and not very nice.

Rooms are tiny concrete boxes. No closet. No area to work. Extremely thin walls. The person in the room next to me had the tv so loud it sounded like a party in my room. I stay in NY every month. Will not stay here again.
