hotel itself is great room was super tight for cost location is right near penn station and msg but there were alot of vagrants and marajuana smoke and garbage in the street in the area outside the property.

Room v compact but perfect location, super comfy beds, amazing view from room, sparkling clean, great roof bar and right in the buzzing heart of the city. Staff so helpful and pleasant. Happy to recommend. Bring ear plugs as the sirens keep going.

The pet policy listed on their website (and on hotels.com) is incorrect. The online policy states pets are $30 per stay, but the staff required $30 per night. Check in was rather slot.

Location was great! We went to see a concert at Madison Square Garden and this DoubleTree location was perfect. I’m older and don’t get around as easily but it was an easy walk to MSG and surrounding restaurants. This hotel has a great rooftop bar with fabulous views! We had a fabulous weekend. Thank you.

The property is located a couple of blocks north of Madison Square Garden so it is a great choice for a concert and/or sports game stay. The staff are attentive and kind. The room was clean and had what we needed. Rooftop bar was great too.
