The staff was excellent and welcoming. He helped us find a parking spot. Because the garage was full It was wonderful. Got us in and out. No problem. Very close to the airport.

The hotel staff was super friendly. Excellent customer service, smiling and very welcoming. I would have given this 5 stars but hot water was an issue. The shower never got hot at all. It was limited. I had to heat up the water in the microwave in order to at least get washed off after a long day. Other than that I felt safe and comfortable in the hotel. The area around the hotel was just dirty. I didnt feel safe outside of the hotel. The staff was amazing, rooms were clean and comfortable.

The Hotel was in a great location- 7 min walk to MTA and LIRR and JFK express. The area itself is shabby and some undesirables here and there. Just be aware. The Hotel itself is clean and very comfortable, very helpful and polite staff. I would stay here again.
