Well located property at Times Square. Near local trains and number 1 big bus tour. We used the buss to get to attractions all over the city. We stayed on the 26th floor and no outside noise. Two lifts to get to the accommodation floors but this was no problem. Recommend accommodation.

Great hotel
This hotel exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again. Here are my reasons: 1. They were very accommodating and allowed me to check in early ( around 11:30am) 2. Rooms are very spacious 3. They give a $35 food credit for each day you’re there 4. Great location - right in Times Square and only minutes away from shops and Broadway 5. Even though it’s in Times Square, it’s not noisy 6. Staff were very kind from the front desk to housekeeping

We had a great getaway! The front desk did everything possible to accommodate 2 rooms on the same floor. The bar staff, Rafael, was extremely friendly. I also had a chance to speak with our house keeper, Maria I., no complaints whatsoever, we will be recommending this hotel to friends, and we hope to visit again.

Fantastic location. Decent size room and easy check in process. Pros: location and room size Cons: they build a $35 bar fee into the rate that you use or lose. Didn’t love that. Room was really hot and impossible to cool down no matter how much we changed the thermostat. Parking was a few blocks away but that was expected.

Sheets where dirty and had holes. I had to request to the front desk to get it changed smh! Staff was nice but it was three in a room they could of had more towels ready. Then New years eve was all bad they was allowing ppl who didn't stay at this hotel stand in the area where the ppl who pay to stay at the hotel! VERY UNORGANIZED FOR THAT EVENT. I do appreciate the $35 dallor "per room", the ferry tickets! The safe was nice! Just house keeping me to do better with sheets and towels! Throw them holy sheets and dirty a** stain towels in the trash! All that money yall making! Thank goodness i bring my own towel and a blanket to lay on!

Disappointing hotel
Disappointed overall. The assistance cart guys coming and going were very nice and respectful. The front desk workers were nice and respectful as well. All of the staff except for one staff member during the ball drop were nasty due to the staff allowing the crowd to get out of control. We were asked by one certain staff member who asked me was I part of the party upstairs, when yes I am part of a party upstairs as long as I paid as much as I did to stay for 3 days. We should have been respected much more. Our initial visit right in Timesquare was for my daughters birthday to see the ball drop and we all were disappointed. Anyways we will not ever return again to the Renaissance hotel.
