Our stay was below average. The hotel was a bit dated. The shower was not working, could not take a proper shower during my entire stat. We reported the problem every day, but it was never resolved. Twice, i was promised to be contacted by the hotel manager, and that never happened. A few of the agents at the Front Desk made it seem like I was a bother every time I followed up on the bathroom problem.

Overall, the room was nice, but the bathroom could use a thorough cleaning of the grout. Location was perfect for Times Square, but with that you get a very noisy room even on the 15th floor. Room size is a little larger than most hotels in Times Square and New York City. $35 a day fee added on a daily room charge that you can use at the hotel for food and sundries however, the place is almost never open for that food. Overall, experience is good, but could be better.

The concierge staff was AWESOME!!! Brucha, Davina and Matthew's tourist tips were INSTRUMENTAL in making my visit to New York great. After three or four days hearing there tips, I became much more comfortable navigating tourist New York!!!

Great Hotel in Perfect Location
The hotel is in the perfect location! I was worried about the outside noise but on the 19th floor we could not hear anything. The views of Time Square from the room and restaurant were awesome. The room was clean, well air conditioned and was larger than I expected. The gym was nice and had all of the necessities. We will definitely stay here again.
