Property was in a good location, close to many amenities. Check-in was not the best. Waited hours in line just to check-in seriously - NO BS.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Pro-Large rooms. Cons- Staff gave misleading information. Was not informed about destination tax. Only 2 bottles complimentary water. Beds were too high, needed stool to get in to bed. No fridge in the room. Staff didnt hoover the room daily. Not the best hotel.

The check I. Liken was aboyy75 people long, the lobby was disorganised and loud and hectic. The too Had a shower that was flooothe bathroom. The duvet was old and scratchy. The curtain was br. The street noise was very loud. The staff however were wonderful and made the best out of a bad situation.
