* Each room has 1 plush QUEEN bed. The living room seating area, has a comfy sofa, TV, and a stylish reclaimed wood coffee table. Kitchen has your own cabinet with your own set of dishes and utensils, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator.

The space boasts original moldings on the walls, French doors and plenty of space, and light.
Enjoy the privacy of French doors which block out any street noise. The lighting in the sunroom at the entrance is a You-tuber's dream. Relax in the sunrooms Poang chair while listening to the sounds of the street.
Guest access
Self-check-in is available from a lockbox. Guests may check-in between 2 pm and 10 pm. Please inquire about special circumstances outside of check-in hours. This apartment is a 2-minute walk to the 3 train. There is free street parking available, ****PLEASE TAKE NOTICE OF ALTERNATE SIDE OF THE STREET PARKING RULES**** We cannot be responsible for any citations.
*****ALTERNATE SIDE OF THE STREET PARKING MEANS ****Thursday and Friday are street cleaning days:
So on Thursdays, you park on the Friday side, and on Fridays, you park on the Thursday side of the street.
Other things to note
*** Sometimes the stove needs to be lit with a lighter or match which is provided. If you don't see a lighter or matches, just ask us, thanks!
*** We want you to be comfortable at the apt, so if there's something we usually provide but have overlooked, please just ask us! Thanks!
(ex: towels, blanket, lighter, plates, etc.) We are happy to provide!

No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at the property
Pets may require an additional cleaning fee & deposit
No smoking is allowed in or around any property. Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure
We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests
If excessive wear and tear is found on the property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, the Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees
If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250
If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee
Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered without pre-authorization, Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified. Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
The 2 pm or after Check-in is FIRM. At this time we cannot honor an earlier check-in, please do not ask.
The apt has to be cleaned, sanitized, and prepped after the previous guests leave and before you arrive, our cleaner needs the time to do that. Thanks.

No smoking.
Please do not leave the front door open, always lock it once you enter.
Please do not disturb neighbors, please forward all inquiries to us.
Please do not burn any candles or incense in the apartment.
Please turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances when leaving the home.
Please do not leave the air conditioning running while you are out of the apt.
Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet, no sanitary wipes, even if they say flushable, we provide plenty of trash cans for your convenience.
* While we are vigilant about pest control, this is New York City, so please do not leave any food out, if you don't want any unwanted visitors, you can place food in the refrigerator to avoid pests.*

No loud music after 10 pm.
The primary guest has to be at least 25 years old.
A photo is required of guests to book the space.
This space may not be used for conducting any form of business, or any illegal activity, we do not have any permits from the state to accommodate commercial business on this property, we do not want to be fined, therefore if you engage in these activities you will be asked to leave immediately.
Any additional guests from the initial reservation will be an extra $25 per night.
