A room only hotel, the rooms are the smallest, but comfortable and charming - happy to stay there again. Reception staff were friendly and helpful and the location also great.

Room was not big enough for 2 people, there was no fridge or microwave to store any food plus they say they offer room service when no one up front we asked two different people they didn’t have any information about it. They wouldn’t give us one more water bottle when we had me and another guest that didn’t want to share a water bottle. No ice unless you asked downstairs and they never brought it. Overall so disappointing for the price and also no food. We loved stay pineapple in Chicago but never would ever stay there again after this experience.

The hotel is very cute, the room is very small, but very clean and artistic. The staff was very nice and the hotel is located in a very convenitne area to walk or catch the subway
