Luggage area is not secure, open to anyone. Wouldn’t take my Apple credit card, because the number wasn’t displayed. Took photo of my id and credit card, this is concerning in this day and age. How is this information handled after the stay? There were 6 people in our room, only 4 towels. I understand it’s common to just have 4 towels, but when you know there are more than that checking why not make sure extra towels are there? We called front desk from our room and got voicemail, called housekeeping from our room and got voicemail. Finally called the hotel from our cellphone to get a live person asked for more towels and ultimately had to go to the front desk to retrieve a towel. Housekeeping came with additional towels a little later. Overall it was good, housekeeping was friendly but the front desk staff didn’t seem that way.

Such a great property that is in walking distance to everything we wanted to see! From Wicked, to Times Square and all the shopping we could handle, this was a perfect place to stay!

Our stay was pretty smooth. Room was clean and staff was good. Only thing I would “complain” about is the 1 person bathroom in the lobby. We hung out after checkout & there’s only a 1 person bathroom in the lobby & needs a key to use it. Women were lined up for it. Other than that, stay was great! Is it noisy yes.. but it’s New York. Take some headphones to listen to white noise to sleep!

Everything about our stay was great except at check in. We traveled 9 hours and arrived 3 hours before our check in time. We would have liked to freshen up and start our time out in NYC but were told our room was not ready. We understood of course and were appreciative that they allowed us to put our luggage in their storage room while we went and grabbed a quick bite to eat. We returned 1.5 hours before check in time and asked if our room was ready and were told we could check in early but it would cost an additional $17.00. That was a minimal price to pay, which I did, but if the room was ready why wouldn’t we have just been checked in without paying an additional fee? That would have been excellent customer service. When I checked out, I overheard one staff person ask another staff person why this was charged so it doesn’t appear to be standard policy at this hotel. I was polite at all times and understand they do not have to check anyone in early but I would prefer to just be told the room is not ready, rather than it’s ready and you have to pay a fee to get in early.

AC didn’t work. They gave us a separate AC unit, even worse. Making just a horrible noise, couldn’t even sleep. We got moved to a different room, it wasn’t better. We will never book to that hotel.

Hotel was easy to get to from LaGuardia. Fast check-in. Room was pretty large and bathroom also. Sink was too high for me. Shower had some spots that could have used a better cleaning on the floor. Great food choices nearby. Liberty Bagels down the street. Close walk to subway.

Upon check-in we had to wait for someone to unlock our door by hand because the key cards weren't working. I was then told that they had no rooms that had 2 queen beds, only 1 king and that they would bring a roller bed while I was out at a show. When I got back I stopped at the desk and they told me my key should work now and that the roller bed was in my room. The key card did not work, and I had to go back down to the desk. I went back upstairs and they did not bring a roller bed while I was out. They proceeded to tell me they had none available. They told me they had no solution for me. I have 2 adults and a 13 year old boy sharing a bed now. I asked if they could at least comp the parking. They said they couldn't because it is third party, yet I can pay for it at the front desk, so I'm not sure why they can't at least make that happen. I don't ask for much, but when I'm paying over $500 for a room, I expect everyone to at least have a place to sleep. Instead I'm told that they have no solution for me.
