Wonderful location. Rooms were nice and clean, the staff was great, the beds comfy and had an amazing shower. The room size was also decent for 4 people compared to other hotels with only double sized beds. We had a partial view of Time Square, and were steps away from everything. Will definitely stay here again when in the city.

Hotel is in a good location close to subway, lots of food and drinking locations close by. All in all this was a perfect location for us. Staff are very helpful and friendly and always staff around by reception to help. Rooms are clean and plenty of hot water for a shower. Would recommend.

The Hilton is just seconds from Times Square and Broadway, the subway is at the entrance of the hotel and the rooms are really nice and new ! I highly recommend this hotel if you have a few days to visit the city.

Everything was amazing. We were upgraded to a view of Times Square which was incredible. We were on floor 29 so the noise did not bother use. The window had a dark window screen which helped with the lights. The staff was very helpful.The only thing we were disappointed with was the restaurant portions. Very expensive and tiny portions. We only had dinner there once.

The room was way too warm for our comfort. Opening the window didn't cool it down enough, so we ended up turning the air conditioner on, even though it was in the 40s outside.

Great location right on the edge of Times Square. Was very quiet. Queen beds are hard to find in NYC though it makes the room cramped. No privacy in bathroom and the slide door needed a latch as it didn't want to stay shut. Staff all very helpful.

Our room was very nice, had nice amenities like remote controlled blinds from bed or by the door. The bathroom had good products for hands, hair, etc. It was in a convenient location for a first trip to New York but next time I probably won’t stay in Times Square due to the crowds on the streets in that area.

This property is ideal if you want to be in the thick of Times Square. Very convenient to everything (shows, dining, shopping) but be prepared for the typical Times Square craziness. The hotel is very modern (loved the automatic shades that would open and show an amazing view of Times Square!) and the cleanliness was top notch. The staff was friendly and efficient. Also, it was incredibly quiet for a Times Square hotel making this a win win (but keep in mind you will occasionally get the noise from Times Square but it is NOTHING compared to other hotels-they clearly thought about this when building). Will definitely be back! Highly Recommend!
