I honestly want a refund my room was dirty N dusty, had crazy smell so gross, had a cheap ac unit that you can get at Walmart that smelld like mold , staff as never around at night had too wait 30 minutes for assistance, the night staff also really rude and unwilling to help me my bathroom light didn’t work just a mess … there is also a very busy night club attached to the hotel that is loud enough to hear in you rooms

The staff was cordial and helpful. One of the elevators was broken and it took 30/45 minutes to gt on an elevator. The A/C was loud and did not keep the room cool enough.

The front desk lady’s attitude was absolutely horrible and service was slow. Didn’t help when there were issues in the room. The beds weren’t clean, in fact there was a bug crawling when sleeping. Housekeeper was also complaining, also poor attitude. Don’t recommend this place. Only one perk that it was close to time square.

I found front desk staff rude and the fine print about the deposit to be misleading

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Staff don’t help , no do not disturb signs and shower didn’t have a cover overall trash hotel . Staff was mean and didn’t bother helping customers and they charge a holding fee of 125 dollars and 35 dollars to stay there on top of your original payment . So trash highly recommend staying somewhere else .

I didn't sleep at all, very noisy place with a pub and music until 4AM The plumbing is very noisy too
