I never stayed here because of a mistake in booking and would not be refunded. I was traveling due to an emergency hospitalization of my son and had to make arrangements closer to the hospital in midtown Manhattan, but that didnt seem to matter to Expedia or the L Hotel. Expedia has no concern to provide quality customer service. They got their money and nothing else seems to matter.

Very poor “breakfast“. No help with luggage even though I’m physically impaired. Room was ok, but very hard to read instructions for coffee in the room. Bathroom was pitiful. Recommend no one stay there.

Great hotel
Great hotel in Brooklyn about 2 miles from Barclay's center. Well kept rooms that appeared recently remodeled. Clean shower. Awesome comfortable bed with perfect clean white sheets. Heat and tv worked as expected as did the coffee maker frig, and microwave. Easy check in and out. Parking was definitely a plus. I would stay again as it suited my needs.
