Both check-in and check-out were super easy. The room was simple and cozy, and the TV came with not just cable programs but also Hulu and Disney + (without extra cost). The room came with a breakfast which was freshly made and served!

I am not sure how it got 8.7 rating. I booked 4 rooms and we all got put in the basement with a small windows at street level. I have never stayed at a hotel where the window are this small you cannot fit in the event of a fire and is at street level. Breakfast was very good with many options and the personnel attentive. Front desk non existence. The rooms were comfortable but at least in my case a little rundown and the bathroom had stain that had not been cleaned

Brooklyn Cruise Terminal Stay
Perfect place to spend one night before cruising out of the Brooklyn terminal. No frills, but served the purpose. Breakfast in the morning was a plus.

This is a great little hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is kind. The linens could use some TLC - towels with mascara on them. That being said, I’d stay there again. Love Red Hook!

Bel hôtel mais certains bémols
Bel hôtel, chambre propre, bien situé: à proximité du port de Brooklyn et de plusieurs restaurants à distance de marche. Accueil rapide et courtois. Par contre, c’est bruyant et mal insonorisé. Nous étions au bout d’un corridor et la porte claquait aux 10 minutes (pas la faute de l’hôtel mais la clientèle est peu respectueuse) et considérant la faible insonorisation, c’était très dérangeant. De plus, on vous conseille de vous rendre tôt au déjeuner. Il est offert jusqu’à 9:30, mais à notre arrivée au buffet à 8:50, il n’y avait plus de café, plus de bacon, plus d’œufs et plus de patates (et ils n’en refont pas). Donc on a fini avec un yogourt, un croissant et un jus. Ça dépanne, mais c’est décevant quand il est indiqué qu’un déjeuner de type buffet est fourni.
