We got Free Upgraded room which was great !! Though we got upgraded premium room, room is not sound proof!! So much noisy !! Work is going on! Elevator ding noise , people talking noise etc . Nice hotel, they gave us an old non remodeled room because we booked thru hotels.com. The bell hop/ concierge were super nice and friendly and so were the take and go breakfast workers

We were told they were putting us in a newly renovated room and we were being upgraded. Only to find out we were put one floor below where renovations were being done being woke up to hammering and drilling every morning. There was no place in the hotel to buy a bottle of water or soda, we had to leave the hotel to purchase something to drink. And the first morning we woke up to no hot water and had to leave without showering.

The staff was great, more than helpful! However the hotel is in such a need of an updating. AC not working, phone not working, unable to communicate with lobby, the carpets are stained. It just need a real facelift. Its a great location!!!!

Awful! Do not stay here it is disgraceful and literally a disaster. Everytime you are in the lobby someone is mad and angry because this place is so awful. It is nothing like the pictures at all. I saw more people immediately checking out after they checked in. I had pre paid or I would have immediately left too. This place is old and not updated it’s gross.

Don’t believe the pictures - this hotel is under construction- something that is not disclosed upon booking. Yes staff friendly- rooms are a health hazard - moldy, filthy bathrooms- carpets ugh. 15th floor looked like an old worn down frat house. If you complain- management doesn’t say much - feel that they know customers have been lied to by misleading pictures. Moved on to 18th floor - walls PAPER thin! A baby was in next room and it felt like we were all in same room. No refrigerator in room, no water nothing! I can’t believe I spent so much money on this hotel - not worth it! Main floor has no access to bathroom, snacks or anything.

The hotel looked nothing like the pictures online. It looked way nicer online. Our hotel keys stopped working several times and the cable didn’t work. We called 3 times about it no one came up. The air conditioning did not work, nor did the telephone.
