It’s a charming boutique hotel. I had very comfortable stay. Room was cozy, clean and surprisingly quiet. Friendly staff. I liked the ambiance of the hotel-cozy and relaxed. There was free breakfast which was ok but can be improved. (Maybe fresh artisanal bread and espresso coffee could be nice?:) but they had my favorite honeycrisp apples which were very rare to see them at hotel continental breakfast! So still deserve 5stars! 😊

I had heard rave reviews about this hotel and it did not disappoint. We were in town to celebrate a birthday and wanted easy access to the Whitney Museum. Great location, very timely and friendly service, very comfortable rooms AND the front desk staff got wind of the special occasion and sent up a bottle of champagne on the house. We will definitely be back.

From the doormen (my new friend, Charles!) to customer service agents at front desk, hospitality and welcoming vibe was excellent! While the rooms are small, and you really do feel like you’re on a cruise with the round windows, they are clean and cozy and quaint. Great shower pressure too !The hotel lobby is so warm, and peaceful with a fire place that is perfect during cold weather days. Free continental breakfast, the feel of a boutique hotel, and unbeatable location! I have stayed here before and I will stay here again for sure.

Recommend stay, but do breakfast elsewhere ...
Great service, nice lobby, and comfortable room. If any complaint, it is the "free breakfast." Perhaps it's misrepresented on Hotels.com and not the hotel's own website, but the offering is very, very basic. For example, packets of instant oatmeal.
